Educational Goals

I feel when an environment fills with hate and creates uneasiness, children cannot possibly learn, nor would they want to.  I want my students to yearn to learn and have the desire to spread their acquired knowledge to everyone around them.  In order to reach my goals set for students, every student will learn to have a positive mind frame.  My mother once sent me a quote that read:

                “Our lives aren’t determined by what happens to us, but by how we react to what happens to us; not by what life brings to us but by the attitude we bring to life.  A positive attitude causes chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes.  It is a catalyst… a spark that creates extraordinary results.”

I want to teach my children to have a positive outlook on life and to always look to the brighter side of every situation.  I feel that with positive attitudes about learning, my students will be able to learn and accomplish anything they desire.
